That tree give no marriage date, I have guessed about 1945 based on the age of William Hartman. Some support of the marriage is that the death records are for a Faye M Hartman in Illinois. Presumably the birth and death dates have been derived from these documents. He was born on 20 September 1923.¹ He married Faye Maureen Landis, daughter of Elmer Edward Landis and Jessie Fern Horney, circa 1945 at Illinois, USA. William E Hartman died on 3 December 2007 at Vista, San Diego, California, USA, at age 84.¹
